First race–Dexter-Ann Arbor 5k

I did better than my training pace in the race.

我的第一个跑步比赛:5000米,26分43秒。在1724位5000米比赛参加者中,排第376;在71位30-34岁的男参加者中,排第17。

总结一下,起跑的时候站得太靠后,花了1分多钟才跑到起跑线。前半迈中,由于人太多,不能跑出节奏。下一次要往前站。

下一场比赛:6月21号Plymouth YMCA 父亲节5000米;8月和10月两个10000米比赛(目标:50分钟);2010年5月,争取跑DxA2的半程马拉松。

去年2008万圣节

去年万圣节的是候,我的几个朋友跟我起要糖。我们差不多把每家人都要过了糖,只有几家人没要到。我们得到的一些糖就是:棒棒糖,tootsie roll, laffy taffy, white chocolate, gummy bears. 我们要到好晚好晚,最后要到我们家里,然后我的朋友们都回到他们的自己家里了。

Last saturday 2009 my birthday

Last saturday was when my birthday party was taking place. So was Ella’s party. But it was MY birthday so I couldn’t go to hers. At my birthday party, which was held at the Jungle Java on Jackson Road, Ruby was first to arrive with her family. We played then more people started to arrive. After playing we ate mac and cheese and drank drinks, including : white milk, chocolate milk, root beer, lemonade, fruit punch, and orange soda. After that we ate cake and ice cream. We also played some more. Then the party was over. Some of my friends came over to my house to open presents with me.

Some of my presents were: a bead set, a sticker maker, some more littlest pet shops and a piggy bank. Lucy ate dinner at my house because she was last to leave.

Yesterday was the big day

Yesterday was the big day because when we were playing soccer our team won the game and my dad was both happy and proud of me. So he took me to the book shop and bought me a book. After that our family went out to eat dinner after our family split up. My mom and my brother and my grandpa went out shopping while me and my dad said: should we go out biking or play soccer at last we decided to go biking and that is what we did . then it was night .

My last year recital may 2008

when we went to the recital their where lot’s of treat’s just because it was my birthday. Their were also lot’s of balloon’s too. The song I played were :o ld to joy.I wore a red dress with sparkle’s on it and the sleeve’s of the dress had red feather’s around.I really had a good time.
