This is trying to embed through youtube by using “FLV EMBED” plugin. But youtube does not seem to have flash video format and it’s not working properly.

视频文件要先转换成FLV格式，上传到wp-content/uploads/Videos目录。 

以下用的是绝对路径 （从avi格式转换）。

相对路径目前不行。

以下是从mpg格式转换
